Following the launch of Wondercar, the largest bodywork network in Belgium, Wondergroup (part of the D’Ieteren group portfolio) launched over a year ago Wonderservice, a multi-brand trusted garage network: from diagnostics to car maintenance, Wonderservice experts offer all types of services to ensure vehicles’ good health. Early 2024, we started working on the brand’s very first campaign with two objectives in mind:
• Raise the brand awareness among target audiences (mainly 35-50 y.o. parents)
• Reflect the brand positioning and its user-centric approach
Along with the Wonderservice team, The Crew has therefore created the campaign concept based on the following insight: car breakdowns often happen at the worst times. Choosing a humorous approach, we developed three films in which a family finds itself in the middle of nowhere, its car broken down.
