Even though everybody knows that moving boosts one’s health, we often seek extra motivation to do it.
With the Belgian Heart League, we decided to take on challenge by launching a CSR initiative encouraging all Belgians to stand up and move for a better heart!
With an objective to raise awareness about exercising and its benefits on the cardiovascular health, this prevention campaign aims at pushing individuals to remain active and integrate simple workouts in their daily life.
Our secret formula? 3 workout levels and 12 equipment-free, fun challenges that can be done, anywhere, anytime. By filling in a form, subscribers get free access to a dedicated platform and receive daily notifications by mail as a reminder to workout.
Funny enough, to prepare the campaign material – specially the videos – we had to test them ourselves, we all had to stand up and move. And you, are you ready to move for a better heart?
