• Outbound and inbound calls to help maintain blood, plasma and platelet supply
• Telephone fundraising campaigns aimed at upgrading existing donors, reactivating lapsed supporters and converting one-time donors into recurring monthly giving
• Discreet outreach regarding legacy giving, with warm referrals to their team
• First-line volunteer helpdesk support via phone and email (inbound and outbound)
